What does a trip include?

Each trip includes hand-picked accommodations, curated experiences, private or small-group tours, local guides, domestic transfers (like ferries or drivers), and our award winning 24/7 support from our team. Please note: international flights and travel insurance are not included.

Most of our tailor-made trips to Greece range from $3,500 to $5,500 per person on average for a 10-night journey, depending on the season, itinerary complexity, and whether you choose comfort, premium, or luxury stays. This price includes boutique accommodations, private or small-group experiences, expert local guides, and all domestic transfers. International flights and travel insurance are not included.

Once your custom itinerary is finalized, you’ll secure your booking with a 30% deposit of the total trip value. The remaining balance will be due up to 60 days before your arrival. You’ll have our local operations team available 24/7 throughout your journey for anything you need — from last-minute changes to unexpected hiccups. We’re just a phone call or message away.

For high season (May–September), we recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance for best availability. For shoulder season or last-minute trips, reach out — we can often work magic.

We’ll always do our best to accommodate changes. Flexible cancellation and refund policies depend on the services booked — your Travel Designer will provide all the details before you confirm.
